My Background

With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry as a Level 4 Personal Trainer, I have developed proven techniques to help my clients achieve beyond their expectations to lead happier, healthier lives.

My speciality involves strength and conditioning, functional mobility, and movement systems that focus on a holistic approach to health and fitness. I draw on various techniques, including Yoga, Pilates, Taichi, Feldenkrais method and Calisthenics movements to keep training challenging but fun.

As a physical therapist and acupuncturist practitioner, I can provide specialist advice and exercise to help my clients recover from any injuries that may hold them back.

My background as a nutritional therapist allows me to offer bespoke dietary advice to my clients to support their fitness goals. Training should always be challenging but also fun. As a personal trainer and clinical weight loss practitioner, I offer a practical and holistic approach to your weight loss programme.
